The Universal
Journal of Structural Analysis covers activity and development in the
field of structural analysis and structural engineering. Research of the
structural behavior, methods of analysis, design of several types of structures
and methods of construction is included. Areas like fracture, wave propagation,
heat transfer, thermal effects in solids, optimum design methods, model
analysis, structural topology and computational methods are also of prime
interest. Contributions can be either analytical, experimental or numerical and
include research in all kinds of construction materials, like concrete, steel,
aluminium, composites, etc. So, the papers published should present
innovative analytical and numerical methods and novel experimental methods, as
well as non-linear methods and results, which should be far beyond the current
"state of art".
